Trinity In-Home Care provides non-medical in-home and community support to help elderly and people with disabilities in Douglas County, Kansas in order to prevent or delay institutionalized long term care. Our services aim to foster the independence, dignity, and freedom to live their best possible quality of life.

We’ve worked with clients who live alone and want someone to talk to while folding laundry. Others need hands-on help with bathing or mobility. Some rely on us for regular check-ins while family is at work and some just need a break now and then, knowing their loved one is safe and supported.
How We Help
Personal Care Services
Assistance with bathing, showering, and personal hygiene (hair brushing, shaving, oral care).
Transportation & Errands
Provide transportation to medical appointments, sessions, or social activities. Also assist with shopping for groceries.
Meal Preparation & Assistance
Assist with planning and preparing nutritious meals based on dietary preferences or restrictions.
Companionship & Socialization
Engage in conversation, provide emotional support, plan and encourage social or recreational activities.
Light Housekeeping
Assistance with light cleaning, help with washing, folding, and putting away clothes and linens.
Mobility Assistance
Helping with moving from one place to another (e.g., from bed to chair, wheelchair, Hoyer lift assistance).
Medication Reminders
Provide reminders to take prescribed medications at the correct times and assist with organizing medications into pillboxes.
Respite Care & Relief
Provide temporary support so permanent caregivers can take a break and recharge while ensuring their loved one remains safe and cared for.
